 Actual tuition cost per student is $4,812.00.  All returning students who register by June 1^st and all new students will qualify for the following tuition rates. 

THANK YOU VERY MUCH to ST. JOHN VIANNEY PARISH for providing the scholarship funds to allow students to attend for the following rates! However, in order for the parish to provide these funds, they must know the number of returning students before June 1st. All returning students that register after June will be charged the actual tuition rate of $4812.00.

            Every family will be required to volunteer at least 10 hours of service to the school,

            or pay the $150 School Service Fee, or complete a combination of both.  Events

            must be pre-approved by the School Service Committee and completed no later

            than March 31, 2010.

Payment Policy

Registration:

The registration fee and a completed registration form must be received in the school office before we can reserve a classroom spot for your child.  The registration fee in non-refundable.

Tuition:

Tuition will be billed according to the payment plan option that you select at the time of registration. 

            Tuition paid in full by August 1^st will receive a 3% discount. 

            Monthly payments made by automatic funds transfer (ACH) are scheduled on either                 the 5^th or 20^th of the month through St. John Vianney. 

            Monthly payments paid by cash/check must be received no later than the 5^th of the                         month & are payable to:

Late Fee:

Payments must be received by the school no later than the due date.  A $25 late fee will be immediately assessed on any tuition that is past due.

NSF Fee:

A $25 NSF fee will be charged for any returned check and the returned check must be covered by cash or money order within one week.  After the 2^nd NSF check on an account, only cash payments will be accepted. 

Delinquency:

A late notice will be mailed when a payment is missed.  Any account that is two weeks past due is considered delinquent.  Services will be suspended for any account considered delinquent.  Students will be reinstated when the account has been paid in full.
