Tuition Payment Plans:

          3% discount (Paid in full directly to SJVS by August 1)

          10 month (August – May through FACTS tuition program)   

          12 month (June – May through FACTS tuition program) 

Note to new families:  For those requesting monthly tuition payments, you must register for automatic payment through the FACTS tuition program by using the “E-Cashier” link on the left side of our website at sjvkids.com.  Paper agreement forms are available.

School Service Fee                                                  $150.00/10 hours      Per Family

            Every family will be required to volunteer at least 10 hours of service to the school,

            or pay the $150 School Service Fee, or complete a combination of both.  Events

            must be pre-approved by the School Service Committee and completed no later

            than March 31, 2009.

Any family making monthly payments must enroll with FACTS on-line. Use to set up your account then you may go directly to your account through to make your payments, monitor your account etc. 

TUITION CHARGED

Full tuition is charged for student(s) who attend the full school term.

Exception is made for students registering after September 15th.  Tuition will be pro-rated for the actual instructional days.  Contact the Finance Office to discuss the amount and payment plan, if needed.

DUE DATE AND PAYMENT PLANS

Payments on the 12 month schedule (June - May) must be applied for by April 1st.

Payments on the 10 month schedule (August - May) must be applied for by August 1st.
